Meet Bachir Mohamad

Artist and designer, Bachir Mohamad, known for his public installations and design work that bridge art, activism, and cultural reflection. Born in Kuwait and raised in Lebanon, Bachir's early experiences with conflict and displacement have influenced his artistic practice.

I sculpt narratives that merge heritage with contemporary form, transforming material and memory into immersive experiences that spark dialogue, honor identity, and inspire meaningful social change.
Key Projects
  • Echo of Lost Innocence (2024) - 15,000 teddy bears representing Palestinian children killed in Gaza, displayed at Msheireb Downtown Doha. Proceeds went to relief efforts.
  • For the Children of Gaza (2024) - 100 teddy bears from Echo of Lost Innocence exhibited at Bin Jelmood House to raise awareness and funds.
  • The Dialogue Over Qatar (2022) - Curated exhibition at Eiwan Al Gassar Gallery, showcasing diverse artist perspectives on Qatar’s development and identity.
