    selection into the Azal Program. Doha Design District will review all
    applications against the program's evaluation criteria. Shortlisted
    applicants may be contacted for more information. Selected applicants
    will be required to sign a participation agreement with Doha Design
    District before their idea moves into the pilot phase.

    originality of the idea, feasibility, and the required documentation.
